Advance Payment

In order to confirm your booking, we would ask you for a part of the payment in advance. All further information will be in your reservation confirmation. 

Payment

We only accept payment in cash.

Arrival & Departure

The apartments will be ready for you from 15:00 onwards on the day of your arrival. We kindly ask you to check out by 09:30 on the day of your departure. 

Cancellation policy

The terms and condictions of the Austrian Hotel Association apply (PDF will open in a new window). 
Should you arrive later than planned or leave earlier, you will be charged according to your booked dates.
